The Ministry of Health is concerned that the prices of medicines and consumables in Cyprus are much higher than in Greece.
The Minister of Health, Petros Petridis admitted that in some cases the prices are three times higher despite the fact that the representative is the same.
This, said Mr. Petridis, is an inexplicable phenomenon that he is trying to solve.
Mr Petridis said he would raise the issue with his Greek counterpart at a meeting in mid-December.
