The new program of cultural events of the Municipality of Sotira for the months of February and March is enriched with quality and special events.
In these events, the total of five theatrical performances that will be staged at the Municipal Theater of Sotiras cannot fail to stand out. Theatrical performances include the theatrical performance of the New Stage of THOK "The Stone" by Marius Von Mayenburg (February 6), the play "We Have a Life" by George Tzavellas from THOK (February 18), "The Enemy of the People" by Errikos Ibsen from THOK (March 19), the play by Alexandros Rigas and Dimitris Apotolos "Dad, do not die again Friday" by the theatrical team of the Famagusta / Avgoros Technical and Agricultural School (March 28) as well as the tragedy by Sophocles Elekos Kokkinohorion Panos Ioannou who is part of the 25th Pancyprian School Theater Games (March 23).
The program is enriched by the rebetika night "Ta tragoudia tis Taverna" organized by the Youth Choir of Sotiras All-Day School together with the Dance School "Rythmos" and the rebetika company "Trichordo" on February 11, Peace and Freedom High School team on February 13, the Pandemic Gathering on February 19 on the subject of Garbage and the new cemetery, the lecture "Cancer, Myths and Realities" by Pathologist-Oncologist and MP D.
