Members of the Police (Foreigners and Immigration Service Headquarters), while they were in the area of Agios Cassianos in Nicosia last night, located two people who were entering from the occupied areas to the free areas.
The persons in question, tried to escape by running, were persecuted and finally it was possible to arrest one of them.
Preliminary examinations revealed that this is a 27-year-old Indian who arrived in Cyprus on 7/2/2017 through the illegal Toumbo airport
The 27-year-old was arrested for the spontaneous offenses of illegal entry into the territory of the Republic of Cyprus and illegal stay.
