At 3:30 in the morning, the young man stopped for an alcohol test which showed an amount in excess of what was allowed. The policeman suggested that he should go to the police station to be charged.
But when the young man realized that he was going to suffer the consequences of the law, he fled. The policeman chased him and stopped him. In the attempt of the police officer to execute the legal arrest, the young man reacted by pushing and insulting the police officer, who managed to handcuff him and take him to the detention center.
The young man spent the night at the police station as provided by law, to be charged later.
