A fire in a metal stump, which was used as a henhouse and a rabbit house, was caused by intentional burning of useless materials, yesterday in Frenaros, according to the Fire Service.
According to a press release, the Fire Department received a call at 11.28 am for a fire in a metal stump, lined with metal tin, in Frenaros. The fire was brought under control at 12.06.
All the contents were completely burned, according to the Fire Department.
The causes of the fire were investigated on the spot and it was found that the fire started from intentional burning of useless materials in an open space near the stump by the owner, it is noted.
From 06.00 on February 18 until 06.00 on February 19, the Fire Service responded to 25 calls for help, 21 fires and 4 special services.
