The Ministry of Energy, Trade, Industry and Tourism announced that the Marine Management Committee decided to award the tender for the construction and management of Paralimni Marina to the company "PMV Maritime Holdings Ltd".
The company "PMV Maritime Holdings Ltd" submitted a bid in the context of the tender that was announced on June 16, 2015 for the concession, to a Strategic Investor, of state space (land and sea) for the development of Paralimni Marina.
Paralimni Marina is another important tourist infrastructure project for the province of Famagusta and will be built in the area of the fishing shelter Agios Nikolaos, in Paralimni. It will have a capacity of about 300 boats, while it will also include residential and commercial developments.
