First, the sun becomes a daily occurrence. The day grows longer, it gets late at night, while the temperature starts to rise sharply and the heat starts to catch us. The ice cream cone is starting to circulate (I saw it) and the academic year is coming to an end for both students and college students.
Additionally, we start beating the first frappe! At the same time, we stop the chocolates (lies) and start the ice creams. We also start searching for the right swimsuit and start hitting (like octopuses) in gyms to show up at the beach.
Ayia Napa is slowly filling up with people (it has already started). It starts to smell like the sea and we have a strong desire for beer and ice-tea.
Sunglasses become an essential accessory. The shops are filled with summer clothes and shoes (women are looking for an occasion for shopping). Our clothes are starting to dwindle and the place of coats and sweaters is being replaced by short sleeves. We store the boots and start wearing flip-flops and sandals.
Also, we look forward to tanning and getting this famous "chocolate color". And all this why? Because summer is coming, the most beautiful time of the year, which we all look forward to for our own reasons. Get ready!
