The secret to a woman's diet

In the effort of the modern woman to maintain an ideal weight, she often resorts to dietary mistakes to the detriment of her health. The solution lies only in a balanced proper diet which should become a way of life and not in magical diets! Below are tips that will help you always be beautiful and healthy.

Simple tips for maintaining the desired weight:
• Chew your food slowly and always eat calmly at the table and not standing or stressed.
• Fill your plate at the beginning of the meal and do not place plates of food on your table.
• Never eat while doing other things, such as watching TV.
• Keep a diary of what you eat or drink. You will be amazed at the calorie-dense snacks!
• Always have low-calorie snacks available (eg fruit, yogurt or low-fat milk, whole grain crackers).
• If you violate your diet in any case, do not use it as an excuse to stop trying completely but continue your program normally.
• When you encounter a very attractive food or dessert that is not included in your diet and you can not resist, be content with half!
• Do not overindulge in alcohol consumption. Prefer wine up to 2-3 glasses a week.

What should be in your daily diet:
• 2-3 low fat dairy products (milk, yogurt)
• 3-4 fruits
• 2 large salads, preferably seasonal
• 1 serving of lean meat (mainly chicken, fish, beef, legumes)
• 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
• 3-4 servings of carbohydrates, preferably whole grains (bread, rice, cereals, potatoes, pasta).

Do not forget to drink 1,5 liters of water.

Be sure to include exercise in your schedule at least 3 times a week.
