In addition, a tourist from Russia complained to the Famagusta TAE that from midnight on Saturday until 06.30 yesterday morning, unknown or unknown persons broke into the room where he lives in Ayia Napa and stole various electronic devices, valuables and cash. with a total value of 6,640 euros.
TAE members visited the scene and found that the stranger or strangers managed to enter and exit the room through the balcony door, which was closed but unsecured. It is noted that during the burglary and theft the occupants of the room were inside it and were sleeping.
There is no alarm system or security cameras in the hotel room, while the Russian tourist had no security for theft.
