Everything is ready to start the processes related to the construction of golf courses in Cape Greco, a project whose construction has been studied for years.
The most difficult part of the puzzle to launch the procedures was finding the land and solving problems that had arisen and delayed the start of the procedures for about two years according to the Director of the Famagusta District Tourism Development and Promotion Company, Mr. Lakis ABra.
There are still small details that are pending, said Mr. Avraamidis, who also said he is optimistic that it will soon be completed in order to start the process of finding a strategic investor who will undertake the construction of the project.
There is already strong interest from potential investors who will submit bids as soon as the project matures.
The golf course will be another grand project of the province of Famagusta that will be enriched with another tourist resort.
