The Carnival King will enter the city tonight, whose role will be embodied this year by the well-known Limassol carnival doros Ieropoulos, dressed as Napoleon the Great.
Due to the renovation works of the city center, the entrance of the Carnival King will not take place in front of the City Hall, but in Grigoris Afxentiou Square (Headquarters) and will end at Heroes Square, where the first carnival dance of the Municipality will take place.
Earlier, the Municipality of Limassol, in collaboration with the student councils, organizes a carnival party in the Aerial parking lot (14: 00-18: 00), while at 18:00, in collaboration with the Association of Self-taught Painters, they will be held at the House of Letters and Arts , the opening of an exhibition on "Carnival 2012".
