The well-known and beloved fairy tale, "ALANTIN", adapted by Petros Konomos, will be staged at the Mascarini Theater tomorrow, Saturday, November 29, at 4 pm at the Sotiras Municipal Theater.
This is a unique production, set up especially for children aged 3 to 103 years! Full of color, fun, liveliness, great music and moments of incredible laughter.
Aladdin, a smart and lively young man with a diamond character, meets and falls in love with the beautiful Princess Jasmine. The ruthless Jafar (adviser to the Sultan) arrests Aladdin and sends him to the cave of miracles to bring him the magic lamp. Jafar's aim is to become a Sultan with the help of the lamp. Now Aladdin, always with the help of Ginny, must reverse Jafar's plans and win the heart of Princess Jasmine, proving that he is a true prince. Will love, strong friendship and true values succeed in defeating evil?
The adaptation and direction of the play is signed by Petros Konomou. The music was written by Stylianos Gerasimou, the movement and choreography have been undertaken by Antigoni Tasouri. The design and construction of the costumes belongs to Mary Andreou and Marco Ioulios Drousiotis. The actors Petros Konomou, Marios Kakoullis, Maria Papakosta, Markos Ioulios Drousiotis and Petros Tigris take part in the show.
