The Municipal Volunteering Team of the Municipality of Sotira, on the occasion of the Pan-European Mobility Week "Move Week" organizes on the weekend, 26 and 27 September various events aimed at raising public awareness about physical exercise and health but also the spirit of volunteering and philanthropy .
Specifically, on Saturday, September 26, at 4 pm, a Flashmob will be organized on Morfou Street, outside the City Hall of Sotiras. Then, buses will go to the beach of Agia Thekla, where they will transport the volunteers to organize a hike along the coastal front.
On Sunday, September 27 at 3 pm there will be a Hidden Treasure Hunt, in which the participants (children and adults) are invited to solve the puzzle by doing various exercises and dancing figures! An open-air cafeteria will be set up in the courtyard of Sotiras City Hall, with a backgammon competition, an open-air hair salon, nail painting and car washing.
All proceeds from the events will be donated to support needy Sotira families.
