POED, which is the only one of the three educational organizations that did not say "yes" to the minister's proposal for the list, expresses the "surprise and disappointment of the teaching world caused by the sudden publication, in the form of a bill, of its positions before the end of the dialogue, arguing that "the official side either consults only for the sake of being seen and without intending to take into account the views of the social partners, or makes a tactical move in order to blackmail the WTO to accept what the ministry is trying to impose is unacceptable ".
He also states that "with this specific unilateral action, the minister disputes the existence of the institutionalized bodies of collective bargaining, the area of competence and their mode of operation, by bypassing basic labor institutions and by violating inalienable rights of the workers, which are constitutional rights."
Based on the above, the organization maintains that it continues to stand firm in the position it set from the beginning, as a condition for participation in the dialogue: "It will not accept and will react with any legal means at its disposal, to any regulation which will adversely affect the interests of its members, especially when that influence relates to their employment opportunities ".
