The Ministry of Justice is drafting a bill that allows the implementation of e-justice. Ionas Nikolaou analyzed to the members of the Parliamentary Committee on Legal Affairs, the details of the bill as well as the changes that are being promoted.

E-JUSTICE. With these words, the Minister of Justice Ionas Nikolaou described to the members of the Parliamentary Committee on Legal the philosophy of the bill that is being promoted for the implementation of the electronic administration of justice.

As he explained, the state will save time and money, since the procedures required for registering cases in the Court will be done through special software.

At the same time, the Minister of Justice stressed the need to implement in the Courts systems of automatic recording of practices and office automation, for better management of cases.

Mr. Nikolaou also referred to the efforts made for the modernization of the Police, in which, as he characteristically said, practices from 1960 have been applied.
