A seismic tremor of 4,6 on the Richter scale occurred at 01:28 in the sea area between Zakynthos and Kyllini.
According to the Geodynamic Institute of Athens, the seismic vibration had a focal depth of 26 kilometers while the epicenter was located 9 kilometers from Kyllini.
