It was not considered appropriate to replace or make a new play with the existing troupe, because as they said they did not believe that it would be mandatory to show a certificate of vaccination or illness to enter the theater.
In September the production company decided to designate the theater as a mixed space, showing respect for my positions. A meeting with the troupe followed, where he announced it to everyone, and in honor of the producer company, without any reduction in salaries. We walked with this common assumption for a month.
With the new measures and the ban on the entrance to the theaters to unvaccinated citizens, I announced to the production company and the artistic director and director that I am leaving the show.
For the fact that my colleagues are unemployed, I consider it the responsibility of the production company as together with the artistic director they knew my position months ago and decided to continue the show at risk.
