The Supreme Court issued its decision today on the cuts of salaries and pensions in the public sector, with the Government "winning" the battle.
The Government's appeal was approved by a majority, therefore the first instance decision that speaks of unconstitutional cuts was annulled. Thus, wage cuts are considered legal.
