The new weekly, pan-Cypriot, campaign of the Traffic Police, concerns exactly the dangerous habit of some drivers, not to comply with the indications of the traffic lights, at the photo-controlled intersections of the roads.
The campaign starts today Monday, February 25 and will last until the next one Sunday 3 March 2019. Its goal is to combat the above phenomenon, but also to consolidate by drivers, that their compliance with traffic signs and regulations, concern the smooth traffic and the safety of all road users.
It is noted that all road users, both motor vehicle drivers and cyclists, must comply with the traffic light indications.
