Shocking is the video in which the moment was recorded when 40-year-old Yemil Argiles was fatally injured by a "stray" bullet while having fun in his friendly house in Miami.
The video shows Argiles sitting carefree in his chair when he suddenly falls to the floor as he has received the bullet.
In fact, because no shots were fired in the first seconds after Argiles fell, the rest of the audience laughed with him because they thought he was just dizzy.
When they realize the tragic reality seconds later, they cry out in fear for help.
Despite the fact that Argiles was taken to hospital, the doctors were not able to keep him alive. Police investigating the case are still trying to determine how the tragedy happened as they have ruled out the possibility that one of those present at the party had been shot.
Speaking to reporters, the head of the investigation said that one of the scenarios under consideration is to shoot a neighbor's gun while he was cleaning it.
