Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban had promised no more slanderous campaigns against the EU, but now accuses the "Brussels bureaucracy" of plotting to Islamize Europe, according to the German magazine. Der Spiegel. Until now, we have heard that the European Commission allegedly discriminates against Christians and seeks the Islamization of Europe, only by far-right terrorists such as Brandon Tarant and Anders Breivik, writes the German magazine. "But now the head of the government of an EU member state is accusing the Brussels Commission of pursuing such a scenario: it is Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, although he recently promised not to campaign against the EU. But his latest attack "Against the EU was the prelude to his campaign for European elections." Der Spiegel.

Addressing members of Fidesz's party, Orban said the European elections were nothing less than the survival or collapse of Christian European culture. Orban even blamed Islam for the "crisis of European culture".

The Hungarian Prime Minister presented a seven-point plan "Against the Fall of the West" as he said, launching his election campaign. Among other things, he called on the EU to "return the right to manage migration flows" to individual nation-states, to abolish special prepaid cards for migrants for their survival, and to put an end to "discrimination" against Christians in Europe.

Orban's lies
As he writes Spiegel Orban's demands are either false or distort the truth: "Almost all responsibilities in the field of border protection, immigration and refugee policy are in the hands of the Member States as the EU does not have a common refugee policy" .

Orban's claim that hundreds of euros are given to "anonymous immigrants with prepaid bank cards" is something that the far right has been falsely claiming on the Internet for months.

"In fact, this is a program implemented entirely in Greece for about 50.000 refugees so far, who receive their monthly financial support in a special bank card associated with a mandatory declaration. It is not anonymous, it can not be used outside Greece, the amounts given are 150 euros per person per month and up to 550 euros for families with children "writes the Spiegel.
