Gordon Ramsay's daughter Holly has revealed that she spent three months in a psychiatric clinic after being abused twice years ago. Speaking about her experiences on the "21 & Over with Holly Ramsay" podcast, she revealed that post-traumatic stress she was linked to the experience of two sexual assaults she received when she was 18 years old.

Holly then revealed on the podcast: 'I went to university and studied fashion design and loved it. But until the second half of my first year I was affected by my PTSD and had no idea this was happening. I went out a lot, I missed classes because I was out. I was clubbing. I wasn't enjoying myself.
