A new increase, slightly lower than yesterday's negative record of 936, was recorded by the deaths from the coronavirus in the United Kingdom, which were officially recorded in the last 24 hours.

In particular, according to local health authorities, another 765 deaths were reported in England, another 81 in Scotland and 41. In Wales, with no new figures for Northern Ireland, bringing the total to 887.

The time until which the announcements of each health service and the central government of London are covered varies, which is why the official summary report from the Ministry of Health, which is announced later every afternoon, usually deviates from the individual data.

The NHS England clarified that out of the 756 new deaths included in the official count, 140 occurred yesterday Wednesday, 568 within the previous seven days and 57 in March.

The resulting patients ranged in age from 24 to 103 years. Of these, 43 had no underlying disease, with the youngest being 33 years old.

The death toll now rises to 7.248 in England, Scotland 447 and Wales 286. The latest report from Northern Ireland adds at least 78 more.

Based on these data, the total number of dead from Covid-19 in the United Kingdom has exceeded 8.000.

However, despite the highest net death toll in the last few days, scientists note that the death rate has dropped by almost half in the last week, from about 31% to 15% from day to day.
