This is a true story from those that only happen in fairy tales. Huang Dafa got his fellow villagers out of the difficult position, as well as the village of Kaogangba in China.
The man dug a ten-kilometer canal for 36 years to bring water to his village. Huang Dafa decided to lead a very ambitious project. To dig a ten-kilometer canal along the cliffs that surround the village and bypassing the mountain to bring water to the houses.
He is now a legend of the village. This is because his fellow villagers have water and food. At the age of 23 he started to achieve the impossible together with his fellow villagers. They had to climb to the edges of the mountains to dig.
After ten years, the canal that was created did not bring water. However, a tunnel was created through the mountains. To make the project a success, Dafa went to study engineering.
In 1990 a new effort began. In 1995 the project was completed and the village had water, electricity, and a new road, modernizing its village. In fact, three more villages managed to get water from the works.
Dafa is now in his eighth decade of life. He is a hero of his village. His work supplies drinking water to 1.200 people. It also irrigates the rice fields of the area that produce 400.000 kilos of rice per year.
