The absolute nightmare was lived for 5 whole days by a young student from Utah, who was detained against her will by a man she met online before she was finally located by the authorities in the basement of his house and rescued.
The thriller with student Madeline Allen began on the night of December 13, when she was last seen leaving her dormitory building. The next day, her roommates reported her missing when she did not return.
According to the New York Post, citing local police, the 19-year-old Madeleine Allen was rescued late last Saturday, about five days after he disappeared from the dormitory where he was staying.
The girl was found naked, terrified and "covered in coals" in the basement of 39-year-old Brent Neil Brown, who probably tried to hide her this way from the police who came to his door and asked about her.

The 39-year-old allegedly tied up the 19-year-old while he was at work and took her phone and wallet, while threatened her that he would harm her family if she talked to anyone.
Eventually, following the "traces" of the mobile phone, the authorities managed to locate the girl in the basement, naked and covered with charcoal.
The 39-year-old man was arrested and is facing serious injuries charges of kidnapping, rape, rape and obstruction of justice.
"We do not have much information about him. "We do not know how far their relationship had progressed [before the abduction] or how well the victim knew him," local police chief Derek Walk told a news conference on Saturday.
Brown told police that she met the victim in a chat group and described her tying as a "form of role play".
