The Police arrested three persons, men aged 46, 37 and 47 years old, in the context of investigating a case of abduction or kidnapping or deprivation of liberty of a person with the purpose of secret and unjust confinement. The suspects were taken into custody, with the TAE Headquarters investigating the case.
The three suspects were arrested by members of the Police shortly after midnight last night, pursuant to court warrants, following evidence that they had committed the offenses under investigation. According to the information under investigation, the offenses were allegedly committed yesterday, Tuesday, January 09.
The three suspects are specifically being investigated for conspiracy to commit a felony, conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor, abduction or abduction or deprivation of liberty of a person with the purpose of secret and unjust restraint, possession/carrying of handcuffs without permission, participation in a criminal organization, and participation and acceptance committing crimes.
