The recruitment process is careful
About 40 bunnies work at the Playboy Club, which recently opened in New York - and each one was carefully selected.
The creative director of the Club, Richie Notar, told Business Insider that the girls had to meet two basic conditions to be hired.
First of all, the club is looking for people who have a welcoming and warm mood as as he said when someone makes customers feel comfortable as soon as they walk through the store door, it makes a difference for their entire Club experience. "Everything looks better when you feel you are in good hands," he emphasizes.
Mr. Notar also stated that the club was also looking for candidates with interests in their lives outside the workplace.
"I want them to be interesting in addition to bringing a drink," he says characteristically.
There is only one thing that Mr Notar cannot tolerate from his staff and that, as he explains, is arrogant behavior.
