The 19-year-old from a village in the province of Paphos, who allegedly stabbed his 48-year-old father after an intense argument, is still missing. The episode started at the family home in the presence of the mother and other family members. After the 19-year-old argued with his father, who has mobility problems and is confined to a wheelchair, he allegedly attacked him with a knife, hitting him in the chest.
An ambulance rushed to the scene, transported the 48-year-old to Paphos Hospital. The doctors on duty found that the knife wound was superficial and the 48-year-old was kept for treatment. The 19-year-old fled after the injury of his father and so far remains missing.
