The Vaccination Portal opened today, Monday, for people aged 29-30.
The Vaccination Gate opened at 7:30 in the morning and will remain open until 8 pm, as announced by the Ministry of Health.
According to the announcement of the Ministry of Health, the vaccinations that took place in Cyprus until May 8 (administration of 40,3 doses per 100 inhabitants) amount to 354.264. 270.101 (36,5%) concern individuals who received the first dose of the vaccine and 1 (84.163%) concern individuals who have completed their vaccination regimen.
The Ministry of Health further states that according to the latest data published by the ECDC, Cyprus ranks 6th among EU countries in terms of granting the 1st installment with the coverage rate being higher than the EU average (31,3 %), while the full coverage rate is at the same level as the EU average (11,9%).
