The Ministry of Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance announces that an Amending Decision of the Minister of Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance was published today in the Official Gazette of the Republic, which concerns the implementation of the Special Plan for the Complete Suspension of Business have been taken to deal with the pandemic during the period 1 November to 29/30 November 2020 and are included in the applicable Decrees of the Minister of Health or the relevant decisions of the Council of Ministers, have a reduction in turnover of more than 80%, as well as the Special Plan of Economic Activities Related to the Tourism Industry or Economic Activities that are directly affected by Tourism or Tourist Agencies or Economic Activities related to Businesses that are Mandatory Full Suspension or Businesses that Operate in the Province or Compulsory Suspension of Operations But They Activity in Similar Economic Activities during the period from 1 November to 30 November 2020.
Specifically, with the Amending Decision (KDP 579/2020), in the reference period of the Special Plans for the month of November 2020, is included for the Provinces of Limassol and Paphos and the period from 13 November 2020 to 29 November 2020, so that to comply with the dates contained in the relevant Infectious Diseases (Definition of Measures to Prevent the Spread of the Coronavirus COVID-19) Decrees of the Minister of Health.
The period of participation of the affected companies in the above mentioned Special Plans will take place on the basis of the relevant Decrees of the Minister of Health, as follows:
