Elementary school bomb blast - Out of order for today

Away operation will remain today the Limassol Primary School ΙΣΤ '- Zakaki, as according to information   Cyprus Times, today at dawn exploded bomb placed outside from door room teaching.

According to information, shortly after 1 and 40 in the morning, noted explosion in primary school resulting in notification to the authorities.

Members of TAE Limassol rushed to the spot along with pyrotechnician finding that the explosion was due to improvised cylindrical metal explosive device placed outside the classroom door, on the west side of the school, next door from main entrance.

From the explosion occurred materials damage in the hall, on door and windows.

During members' searches at the spot, it was located and second explosive mechanism which, although fired, did not explode.

The scenes have been blocked for research, with the first light of day today, and the school will remain off. 

It is worth noting that since the explosion caused and damage At church located opposite the school and more specifically in the windows.

As we are able to know, the address school's, notified with text message the parents of the children that due to the above incident and following instructions from the authorities, the school will not work for today.
