In total, nine complaints of premises and 31 complaints of citizens were made from 6 yesterday morning until 6 this morning by the Police as part of the controls to implement measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus nationwide.
According to a representative of the Police Press Office, a total of 917 checks were carried out in all the provinces of free Cyprus.
At Nicosia the Police carried out 80 checks. There was a complaint of property and 10 citizens.
At Limassol 166 inspections were carried out, which resulted in 3 complaints from citizens and none for property.
At Larnaca 212 checks were performed. There were no complaints of premises while 3 citizens were reported.
At Paphos 118 inspections were carried out, which resulted in 5 complaints for premises and 7 for citizens.
At Famagusta 161 inspections were carried out, with 3 complaints for premises and 5 for citizens.
Finally on Morphou 180 tests were performed. 3 citizens were reported while there were no complaints of premises.
