The good epidemiological picture of the country allowed the restart of the leisure centers with the "rocking" slowly returning to our lives.
The restart, however, did not come exactly as the nightclub owners wanted.
Speaking to SigmaLive, the President of the Association of Owners of Leisure Centers in Famagusta, Charalambos Alexandrou, said that it should be clarified by the Ministry of Health whether rocking is allowed in bars and restaurants.
More specifically, he mentioned that the protocol states that dances are allowed in clubs and music and dance centers but does not specify what applies to bars and restaurants.
He went on to say that owners of bars and restaurants in the area contacted him expressing their concerns.
As he mentioned, because it is not specified in the protocol and for that there is concern that the Police in their control will issue an out-of-court settlement.
