The little girl has already gone to a hospital in Israel. Little Evelina was diagnosed in October 2021 with an aggressive type of stage IV cancer and has since undergone many treatments.

Little Evelina's family thanked all those who stand by their family and in the fight they give together with little Evelina, in order to emerge victorious from this battle.

The event in the church of St. Luke of the Crimea in Petridia, was attended by a large crowd after the holy relics of St. Matrona were transported on Wednesday on the occasion of the feast of St. Luke, according to the Priest of Emba, Father Mario Polybius.

The holy relics will be transferred tomorrow, Saturday, June 11, to the Holy Temple of the Apostle Andreas Embas, where they will remain until Sunday.
