With the immediate actions of members of the Police (in collaboration with a citizen), two persons who had lost their orientation were located last night on a steep slope in Troodos.
The information was given to the Police shortly before 10 pm, by the said persons, who reported that they went in the afternoon on a nature trail in the area of Troodos, for hiking.
During their hike and after about two hours, they lost their orientation, as a result of which they did not know where they were.
Immediately the members of the Police mobilized, where around 11.30 in the evening they managed to locate the two persons on a steep slope of Troodos and transported them safely to the local Police Station.
The two persons were in good health and after thanking the Police, they left for their homes.
