From the beginning of the implementation of the measures for the coronavirus pandemic, ie from 28/3/2020, until 30/05/2021, a total of 36,852 extrajudicial notices, according to official data from the Police. The extrajudicial fines concerned 35,693 citizens and 1,159 premises, which committed violations of the Law on Infectious Diseases.

The extrajudicial regulations issued to citizens by the Police for offenses related to the Law on Infection, we remind that they are € 300. With a simple operation on the computer, the total amount of… crown code, "reaches" ten million. Specifically, this amount is 10.707.900,00 euros.

As far as the premises are concerned, the largest amount imposed in an out-of-court settlement is that of € 16,000 for violations of the provisions of the relevant decree for the second time.

We also remind you that an out-of-court settlement concerning the Law on Infection Treatment can be paid online through the Website www.jccsmart.com within 15 days for the amount stated in the out-of-court settlement and from the 16th day until the 30th day with a charge of 50%, as is done with all out-of-court arrangements.

If it is not paid within the time limit of 30 days, a file is formed, which is registered before the Court.
