Paphos Police is investigating a case of illegal possession, import and transfer of a non-firearm against a 19-year-old.

According to the Police, yesterday at the Paphos airport, during the control of the luggage of a 19-year-old student, who was to leave for Thessaloniki, an air pistol, black, cartridges and other items were found, the possession of which requires permission from a competent authority.

The items were received and handed over to the Paphos Police Department for further examination.

During the interrogation, the young man allegedly admitted and was accused in writing to be summoned later before the Court.

The examinations are continued by the Paphos Police.
