The King of Jordan Abdallah II will pay an official visit to Cyprus today, during which he will have talks with the President of the Republic Mr. Nikos Anastasiadis.
The President of the Republic will receive the King of Jordan this afternoon, at the Presidential Palace, and will have a private meeting.
Afterwards, President Anastasiadis and King Abdalla will attend extended talks between the delegations of the two countries in the form of a dinner.
During the talks, President Anastasiadis will brief on developments in the Cyprus issue and will discuss, among other things, bilateral relations, actions to address the effects of Climate Change and the initiative of the President of the Republic for the Eastern Mediterranean region.
