Today, the weather will be mostly clear but in the west and north there will be temporarily increased clouds. Later, developing clouds are expected to give isolated rain, in the mountains or even inland, after noon. Winds will blow in the morning mainly southeast to southwest and locally variable, weak, 3 Beaufort to become southwest to northwest by noon, generally moderate, 4 Beaufort and transient on the south and southwest coasts to strong, 4 to 5 Beaufort. The sea will initially be calm to a little rough and then become a little rough.
