The Organization of State Health Services (OKYPY) with an announcement informs that, from today Monday, April 11, 2022, visits to its hospitals are allowed.
According to a Decision of the Council of Ministers, visits to patients in public and private hospitals are allowed only by submitting a rapid antigen test (Rapid test) valid for 24 hours and for 1 person per visit.
It is emphasized that the visitors are not allowed in the booths Covid-19 of Hospitals, where patients are treated in isolation, as well as in emergency cases of clinics with in-hospital spread of the disease.
Visiting hours
The OKYPY clarifies that the visit to all public hospitals will be allowed between the hours of 17:00 - 19:00 pm, for only one relative per patient at a time, lasting up to 15 minutes.
For the Intensive Care Units in the public hospitals, where the visit requires information from the treating Doctors, the visit will be allowed between the hours of 14:00 - 15:00 pm, also for only one relative per patient at a time, with duration up to 15 minutes.

A necessary condition is the arrangement of a visit
OKYPY clarifies that any visit is allowed only by appointment. For proper planning and to avoid overcrowding in the inpatient wards of the Hospitals, those parents / guardians / relatives who wish to visit a patient, should contact the following telephone numbers, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 14:00 p.m. and ask the call center to connect them to the ward where the patient is being treated, in order to arrange the visit.

The State Health Services Organization also clarifies that the doors of the wards will remain closed throughout the day and during the visits to the wards the entry of attendants will not be allowed, unless the relevant permission is given by the treating doctors. for reasons that doctors deem necessary.
