Nominations for the June European elections are being submitted today from 8:30 am to 12.30:XNUMX pm to the General Election Commissioner, at the "Filoxenia" Conference Center.
As the Head of the Elections Service, Menelaos Vassiliou, stated in the KYPE, hours were determined with each combination and with individual candidates so that there is order.
Specifically, at 8:30 the Environmentalists-Citizens Cooperation Movement will submit nominations, at 9:00 AKEL-Left-Social Alliance, at 9:15 Active Citizens-United Cypriot Hunters Movement, at 9:30 the National Drassis Movement, at 9 :45 Andronikos Zervides, at 10:00 EDEK, at 10:15 the Democratic Party, at 10:30 VOLT Cyprus, at 10:45 NIKI, at 11:00 the National People's Front (ELAM), at 11 :15 the Democratic Party-Cooperation of Democratic Forces, at 11:30 the Party for the Animals of Cyprus, at 11:45 Phidias Panagiotou and at 12:15 the Democratic Alarm.
The fee for each nomination is 1.000 euros.
According to Mr. Vassiliou, within 24 hours after the end of the procedure, someone has the right to submit an objection for the reasons specified in the legislation.
The next step after submitting nominations is to print the ballots.
