Cobalt Air announces that it has successfully passed the IOSA International Operational Association IOSA operational security audit, which was designed to assess the airline's business management and control systems. Cobalt Air is the only registered Cypriot airline holding this IATA security recognition.

Through an extensive five-day inspection of all the company's business departments and security systems, it became clear that Cobalt Air is fully in line with international safety standards, demonstrating that it is a standard of safety and quality.

The company's CEO Andrew Madar said:

"Cobalt Air continues its upward trend. We are proud to be the only Cypriot airline that holds this global recognition which certifies that we comply with the highest international standards of safety and quality. This fact is particularly important, as we managed to do it in just one year of operation, proving to the passenger public the expertise of the staff and the prospects of the company ".

The independent audit team of IATA, conducted an audit in the competent departments of the company examining whether a total of 1035 international safety standards are observed, which are a reference point for the safety of airlines.

Adhering to and maintaining the safety standards set by IOSA is a challenge even for the largest airlines. However, Cobalt Air has successfully passed all IOSA operational security checks, proving that it is now among the "elite" airlines worldwide.

Cobalt Air assures the passenger public that it is constantly setting higher goals in terms of safety and quality.

Cobalt Air currently serves 16 destinations in 10 countries via Larnaca and Paphos airports. Specifically, Cobalt Air operates flights to London Gatwick, London Stansted, Manchester, Moscow, Dublin, Athens, Heraklion, Thessaloniki Paris, Beirut, Madrid, Geneva, Zurich, Frankfurt and Tel Aviv.
