Markos Pagdatis left Winston-Salem for personal reasons. These days he is training hard and preparing for the US Open which will be held in New York next week.
Marcos will make his eighth appearance at the US Open, seeking to advance to the second round for the first time. After the losses suffered in Montreal and Cincinnati, he is determined to return to victories. Before that he had reached the quarterfinals in Washington.
