Components
For the bars
- 250 gr. soft peanut butter
- 100 gr. honey
- 1 tbsp. oat flour
- 1 scoop (30 g) protein of your choice
- 1 cinnamon sticks
For overlapping
- 150 dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 100 gr. soft peanut butter
Execution method
- Spread oil paste on a baking sheet and set aside.
- Heat the honey in a saucepan. Remove from the heat and add the peanut butter and salt and stir.
- Finally, add the oats and the protein and mix well until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Place the mixture inside and spread well with your hand.
- Cover the mixture with a film and put it in the fridge or freezer for at least 1 hour until it stabilizes.
- Melt in a baking pan the ingredients for the coating and mix to homogenize.
- Add the chocolate-peanut butter mixture on top of the bars and place in the fridge or freezer to tighten.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!

Ingredients
For the bars
- 250 g smooth peanut butter
- 100 g of honey
- 1 tbs oat flour
- 1 scoop (30g) protein powder of your choice
- 1 pinch if cinnamon
for the topping
- 150 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100 g smooth peanut butter
Method
- Line the bottom and sides of a baking dish with parchment paper, set aside.
- In a large non-stick pot set over medium-low heat, add the honey.
- Once melted remove from the heat, stir in the peanut butter and salt until smooth.
- Add oats and protein powder into the pot, mix to combine well.
- Then pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press with your hands to create a dense, even layer.
- Place in the refrigerator or freezer to chill for 1 hour.
- Melt the chocolate and the peanut butter over a bain-marie until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate -peanut butter mixture over the bars and place in the refrigerator or freezer to chill before cutting and serving.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
