Ingredients

  • For seals:
  • 1 cup hard flour,
  • 3 cups of flour for all uses,
  • One and a half cup of water at room temperature,
  • One and a half Mr. c. salt,
  • 2 tablespoons oil,
  • 2 tbsp. yeast,
  • 2 tbsp. honey or sugar
  • For the pan:
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • For the overlay:
  • 2 tablespoons oil,
  • 2 tablespoons water,
  • 1 tbsp. oregano,
  • Half a kg salt in flakes,
  • Half a cup in washers,
  • Half a cup chopped

Implementation

step 1

Mix water, yeast and about 3 tablespoons of flour and set aside.

step 2

Add all the remaining ingredients and knead until you have a smooth dough in your hands. Set it aside to swell and double in volume, which will take you about 2-2 and a half hours.

step 3

Transfer the dough to the baking tray and spread it all over the surface. If the dough does not spread well, set it aside again for 15 minutes and repeat the process. It does not need to cover the whole pan, but most of it. Let it inflate a second time.

step 4

Preheat your oven to 220 ° C on the heating elements. Wet your fingers and press them all the way into the entire surface of the bread. Add the ingredients you want.

step 5

Mix the olive oil well with the water with a fork until you have a homogeneous mixture. Spread it on the surface of the dough. Add salt flower.

step 6

Bake on the middle grill for 25-30 minutes or until the surface is golden brown.
