Components
- 600 ml low fat milk
- 4 eggs at room temperature
- 200 gr. wholemeal flour, sifted
- 50 gr. oats ground in the multi
- 1 and others honey
- 1 pinch salt
Execution method
- In a bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, honey and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the flour and oats.
- Slowly add the flour and oat mixture to the liquid mixture and beat with a whisk until smooth. Strain the porridge through a sieve.
- Cover the bowl with cling film and let the porridge rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- In a non-stick pan, lightly grease the bottom and pour a full ladle from the porridge.
- Once it is ready, it will start to come off the pan and we turn it on the other side to cook it.
- Repeat the process until our porridge is finished.
