Ingredients
- 800 gr. scaffolding
- a little butter
- 1 onion
- Juice from half
- 1 cup τσ. whipping cream
- Half a cup. τσ. tarragon
- Salt and pepper

Wash and dry them Then, put the butter in a saucepan to burn and sauté the onion.

Put the scallops in the pot until they are well browned back and forth. Quench them with the orange juice, add the tarragon, salt and pepper and simmer covered for about 17-18 minutes.

At the end, add the cream and simmer for another 7-8 minutes.
