The Ministry of Health informs that the free distribution of the 1st package of self tests from the Pharmacies continues and the citizens can receive it until January 24, 2022, while the distribution of the 2nd package will start from January 25, 2022.
Beneficiaries are those citizens who have completed their vaccination program with two doses for the two-dose vaccine and one dose for the single-dose vaccine or received the booster / 3rd dose of vaccine and are also beneficiaries of GESS.
a) Beneficiaries of GESS will receive the self tests, from the pharmacies contracted with GESS, with the presentation of proof of identification.
• The package includes five self tests and citizens will have the opportunity to perform the test voluntarily, to determine if they are positive for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.
• In case of a positive result, citizens should contact their Personal Doctor, to refer them for PCR examination at the Public Health Clinics of their province of residence.
b) Citizens who are not beneficiaries of GESS, but have completed their vaccination scheme in Cyprus, or have completed their vaccination program in another European country and are beneficiaries of GESS, can receive the package containing the five self tests from the following points:

coordination.iatreiadygeias@moh.gov.cy by sending your ID (name, surname, phone number, ID number, date of birth and province), as well as a photo of your positive self-test.
