According to the information of the international media, the communication lasted an hour and a half and according to RT, Putin repeated the four conditions he sets in the European Union, in order to stop the war that is raging for the 5th day.

The four terms are:
It is noted that the Russian president initially demanded the start of negotiations only on the condition that the Ukrainians hand over their weapons, while in a recent interview he claimed that he did not talk to "Nazis and drug addicts", leaving of course tips for the Ukrainian government, which he called Ukrainian people and army to overthrow.
From the beginning of the conflict, it was clear that the Russians wanted an unconditional (Ukrainian) surrender that would end not only the war, but also the tenure of the Ukrainian government and the presidency of Zelensky - this means "neutral regime". The other part, the term "demilitarization" of Ukraine, means an end to the flirtation with NATO and its armaments by the Americans - on a political level, and its final removal from the West.
"Do not hit civilians and political infrastructure"
The French president called on his Russian counterpart to stop the attacks on civilians, to safeguard the political infrastructure and to ensure access to the roads in Ukraine, according to a statement from the Elysee.
On all three points, Putin "confirmed that he is willing to commit," the statement said. Macron asked Putin to stay in touch for the next few days, with the Russian president agreeing.
In recent hours, Macron has also spoken "several times" with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Russian forces in the Black Sea as well
At the same time, more than 30 Russian warships, including frigates, submarines and barges, have set up an impenetrable fire barrier that extends off the coast of Romania and reaches east of Varna in Bulgaria.
It is an operation to blockade Ukraine from the sea, with the objective of Moscow not to allow any other warship to approach Odessa and the shores of the besieged country.
At the same time, Russian incursions into Ukraine, where Kharkov was hit on Monday morning by Russian Sukhoi fighters, are escalating.

It is noted that the presence of Russian warships prevents merchant ships attempting to approach Ukrainian cities in the Black Sea.
New bombing in Kharkov
Earlier, Russia had bombed Kharkov again in Ukraine, with reports of several dead and wounded.
The videos that are coming out show the intensity of the bombing, with flashes, fires and explosions having been recorded in the videos circulating on social media.
