The Famagusta Youth Information Center, in collaboration with SKE Avgorou, organizes an acquaintance day with the volunteers. The acquaintance day is organized in the framework of Eurodesk's pan-European campaign, "Time To Move".
The purpose of the event is to help participants understand the concept of volunteering, but also to learn about the experiences and skills that young people can gain and develop through their participation in such programs.
The participants will have the opportunity to talk to the volunteers in Avgorou through the European Solidarity Corps program, about their experience of being in a foreign country as volunteers, about the volunteer work they do, for their choice to come to Cyprus and how their participation in the volunteer program can help them in their lives.
The event will take place on Saturday, October 30, 11: 00-13: 00, at the Community Library of Avgoros.
